Who I am
I’m an engineer with over ten years of experience in industrial and mobile machine automation. I help companies bring their robotic and automated solutions from concept to commercialization.
My pragmatic approach balances technical depth with real-world results — whether it’s achieving regulatory compliance, implementing functional safety, developing new features, or optimizing sensors and algorithms. From detailed reports to hands-on integration with your development team, I work collaboratively to deliver reliable, production-ready systems.

Functional Safety
Whether your product operates in a highly regulated environment or simply must behave safely, I can guide your team through the design and documentation of a compliant safety system. I am a Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE, TÜV SÜD) and Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) with experience in ISO 13849 and IEC 61508 certification processes.Systems Engineering
A reliable product starts with a well-structured and clearly communicated system design. I ensure every requirement is traceable — from initial stakeholder discussions through to field implementation — resulting in systems that perform as intended and meet customer needs.
Robotics and Automation
I develop control and guidance systems for mobile and industrial robots, including kinematics, path planning, and obstacle detection. My work includes sensor fusion and object tracking, optimized for both limited computing environments and high-throughput GPU-accelerated platforms.
Hardware Design
I support hardware selection, layout, and validation for robotic and embedded systems. My goal is to balance performance, reliability, and supply chain stability by collaborating closely with suppliers and ensuring design choices align with project requirements.
Software Development
I develop software across embedded, PLC, and Linux-based environments using C++, Python, Bash, Docker, Git, ROS, and Matlab/Simulink. I have hands-on experience with CAN-Open, J1939, and IP networking (including NAT and routing), enabling robust communication and control solutions.
